The register is voluntary and open to anyone who has completed PHEM Level D or Level E. Use the search to check active registrations by name or post-nominal, or start an application to join.

Search the register
Search by practitioner name or by post-nominal, MAppD or MAppE, to see active one-year registrations.
By name
Enter a practitioner's surname or first name to find their listing and confirm it is current.
By post-nominal
Filter by MAppD for PHEM Level D holders or MAppE for PHEM Level E holders.
Active listings
Results show only registrations within their current one-year period, so entries reflect current status.
Registration application
Eligible practitioners enter their personal details, select PHEM Level D or Level E, and upload a copy of their course certificate.

Enter your name, contact details and the PHEM course level you completed.
Step 2
Upload a clear copy of your PHEM Level D or Level E certificate.
Step 3
Pay the £4.99 annual fee for one year of registration once your application is submitted.
